RAM and CPU can be used by your system at any time. If additional resources are available, your VPS will use much more CPU and RAM capacity. CPU is equally shared between all Virtual Private Servers created on the physical server. That is why substantial reserves are always available allowing your system to take advantage of the capacity we provide which is greater than the granted minimum.

cPanel/WHM-based servers are configured to own unlimited domains by default. For the Plesk control panel by default the License for creating 30 domains is set up. As soon as you use 80% of the licensed quantity of the domains you created on the Plesk-based server, you submit a request to the Support Department. In this case your License will be upgraded to 100 domains, then to 300 domains and finally to an unlimited number of domains.

What is Plesk 8.0?
Developed for professional hosting service providers, Plesk is comprehensive server management software designed to install and manage all systems and applications for Web-Hosting on a single server. Designed for technical and non-technical users alike, Plesk 8.0 offers Administrators the flexibility to customize their offerings to meet a broad range of customer needs.
Plesk 8.0 for Linux marks a major milestone in the development of the software. The Plesk Desktop feature is a significant enhancement to user interface. In this new release, the interface is designed to be task-oriented and fully customizable. This feature has been created to meet the needs of any hosting customer, from non-technical users to advanced technical users. Plesk Desktop allows all clients to have their own desktops with a customizable set of essential tasks and statistics. Any part of the desktop can be hidden or removed completely from the interface to make it cleaner and easier to use.
Plesk has been specifically designed to be the most stable and secure control panel available. Currently Plesk 8.0 provides four levels of access: administrator, reseller, domain owner and mail user.

What is cPanel/WHM?
cPanel® and WHM™(WebHost Manager) is the web hosting control panel system for the next generation. Both cPanel & WHM are extremely feature-rich and include an easy to use web-based GUI (Graphical User Interface).
To the client, cPanel provides front-ends for a number of common operations, including the management of PGP keys, crontab tasks, mail and FTP accounts, and mailing lists. Several add-ons exist, including Fantastico, a script which allows the automated installation of open source web applications.
Resellers gain access to an additional control panel known as Web Host Manager, or WHM, which allows them to create and manage sub-accounts. The server administrator also has access to additional features in WHM which allow him to perform server maintenance tasks such as rebooting the server and upgrading software.
Unlike some other web hosting control panels, cPanel manages some software packages separately from the underlying operating system, applying upgrades to Apache, PHP, MySQL, and related software packages automatically. This ensures that these packages are kept up-to-date and compatible with cPanel, but has become a cause for consternation to some, as it becomes more difficult to install newer versions of these packages.

What choose, Plesk or cPanel?
We strongly recommend that our customers use the Plesk 8.0 control panel, as it is designed by the same developer as the Visrtuozzo visualization system which allows ultimate integration and mutualism. By these means, Plesk still requires less resources (especially RAM) to perform the same tasks as WHM/cPanel. Choosing WHM/cPanel is worth it only if you already have a site powered by this control panel. In this situation the transferring will be less arduous, as the directory tree structure, mail accounts etc. will be copied with little stress.
