CPU is equally shared between all Windows-based Virtual Private Servers created on the physical server. That is why substantial reserves are always available allowing your system to take advantage of greater capacity than the granted minimum.

By default the License for creating 30 domains is set up. As soon as you use 80% of the licensed quantity of the domains you created on the Windows-based VPS, you submit a request to the Support Department. In this case your License will be upgraded to 100 domains, than 300 domains and finally unlimited number of domains.

What is Plesk 8.x Windows?
Plesk 8.x for Windows was built under the guidelines outlined by Microsoft for Windows and includes all the functionality customers need today from a Windows server management system. In addition, Plesk 8.x for Windows includes full support for ASP.NET application deployment, allowing users to incorporate the benefits of Microsoft .NET for connecting information, people, systems, and devices.
The new Plesk release is specifically designed to take full advantage of the native IIS security model in addition to supporting secure FTP over SSL, and SSH uploads with optional Serv-U or Gene6 FTP servers.
